The UBIAS network has recently launched a few working groups to further explore best practices among members and potential for inter-IAS collaboration on specific/priority topics such as supporting early career reserachers, nurturing intersectorality, strengthening IAS impact, etc.

This Working Group aims at identifying the best practices among UBIAS members regarding the scholarships, the support, and the career development of early career fellows.

In progress report

Preliminary meetings have been organised online with interest UBIAS members to first identify how many IAS host early career fellows.
